What is Everything DiSC?

Everything DiSC® is a personal development learning experience in the form of personality profiling, part of Quest’s business training. It measures an individual’s behavioural preferences and tendencies based on the DiSC® model.

The DiSC Model

The DiSC® model is a simple yet powerful model that describes four basic behavioural styles: D, i, S, and C, which are the foundation for Everything DiSC®. Unsurprisingly the four letters, or applications in this personality profiling, are descriptors of each of the behavioural styles:

Steadiness

Conscientiousness

Everyone is a blend of all four styles, and of the four usually one, two, sometimes even three predominate.

The DiSC® model clearly and straightforwardly demonstrates how every individual has a unique behavioural profile, and different styles and priorities. A cornerstone of the model is that none of the four styles are better or worse than the others. Transformational Learning Experiences (i)

Everything DiSC® personality profiling is delivered by Quest in two parts. Firstly delegates need to complete the Everything DiSC® assessment which is naturally done on-line.

Each personality assessment combines adaptive testing and sophisticated algorithms, delivering precise insights to each delegate. These insights lay the groundwork for a personalised experience rich with “A-ha!” moments that inspire behaviour change.

Everything DiSC® is simple but not simplistic. Consequently, when the information from the assessments is translated by Quest, it is transferred into a personalised, actionable profile. This makes behaviour change tangible for delegates.

Transformational Learning Experiences (ii)

The personalised content in the profile deepens self-understanding through the DiSC® model. Delegates gain insight into their preferences and tendencies and learn more about relating to others. They will also receive strategies they can action to improve their interactions and ultimately, their performance.

The second part of the delivery process takes place at a business training course. This is where the expertise of a trusted advisor will come to the fore.
